Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Huckleberry's Diesel Services LLC ("Huckleberry's Diesel Services," "we," "us," or "our"), including mobile diesel repair, diagnostics, scheduling, customer communications, estimates, service updates, and related support services.

1. Service requests and scheduling

Service availability depends on workload, technician availability, location, travel time, parts availability, weather, and other operating conditions. A requested time is not confirmed until we accept and confirm the appointment. Emergency or after-hours service may be subject to different minimums, rates, or availability.

2. Estimates, diagnostics, and repairs

Estimates are based on the information reasonably available at the time they are prepared. Additional problems may be discovered during diagnosis or repair. We may request authorization before performing work outside the approved scope. Diagnostic findings and repair recommendations are professional judgments based on observed conditions and available information.

3. Customer information

You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, equipment, location, and service information. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to request work on the vehicle or equipment involved.

4. Payment

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposits, and due dates may be stated on an estimate, invoice, or other service document. You are responsible for approved charges, applicable taxes, and any agreed service, travel, diagnostic, emergency, or after-hours fees.

5. Optional SMS messaging

Huckleberry's Diesel Services offers an optional SMS messaging program for service-related communications, including scheduling, appointment reminders, job status updates, estimates, parts availability, and customer support.

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, requesting service, creating an account, or completing a transaction.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@docincorporatedllc.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent applies only to the Huckleberry's Diesel Services messaging program for which the customer opted in. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Communications

We may contact you using the contact information you provide in order to respond to service requests, provide scheduling information, communicate job status, discuss estimates or parts, request approvals, or provide customer support. SMS communications are subject to the separate opt-in requirements above.

7. Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Huckleberry's Diesel Services is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including unavailable parts, third-party services, carrier outages, severe weather, inaccessible equipment, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated revision date.
