DOC INCORPORATED

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Doc Incorporated ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our websites, software, applications, and services, including DocMarketing (the "Services"). It applies to current and future Services that reference this policy. A product-specific privacy notice may provide additional details about that product's practices.

DocMarketing may use AI to generate marketing drafts, let users review, approve, and schedule content, and connect to third-party platforms through official APIs. The information we process depends on the features you use and the permissions you grant. Doc Incorporated does not sell user data.

1. Information we may collect

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services; create and authenticate accounts; generate and manage drafts; save your preferences; carry out approved uploads, publishing, and schedules; display publishing status; process payments; respond to requests; troubleshoot and improve the Services; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations.

When you use AI features, prompts and relevant content may be sent to an AI service provider to produce the requested output. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential material unless it is necessary for your use and you are authorized to share it.

3. Connected accounts and API permissions

You may choose to connect accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or other supported platforms through official APIs. The platform's authorization screen describes the permissions requested. Depending on the integration, these may allow authentication, access to basic profile information, or uploading and publishing content you approve. We use connected account information for the features you authorize, subject to the platform's requirements.

You can revoke permissions through the connected platform's account or application settings. For Google or YouTube connections, you can manage access through your Google account permissions. Revocation may prevent future publishing or scheduled actions. It does not automatically delete information already stored by us or content already published; contact us using the details below to request deletion of information we hold.

Connected platforms handle information under their own policies, including the TikTok Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and Meta Privacy Policy. Their practices are outside our control.

4. Content and media uploads

We may store and process content you submit or create to provide drafting, review, and scheduling features. Media is sent to a connected platform only when you choose or approve the upload, including an upload authorized as part of a scheduled post. Relevant media, captions, and publishing settings are then shared with that platform to complete your request.

Published content may be visible to others according to your selected settings and the platform's rules. Removing content from DocMarketing does not necessarily remove a published copy from a third-party platform. Use that platform's controls to manage published content.

5. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support hosting and storage, AI processing, analytics, payments, support, security, and platform APIs, as needed for the Services you use. We may also share information at your direction, to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, to protect rights and safety or investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets subject to applicable requirements. We do not sell user data.

5A. SMS and Mobile Messaging

If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Huckleberry's Diesel Services LLC or another Doc Incorporated service, we may collect and use your mobile phone number, messaging preferences, opt-in status, consent timestamp or source, and message history to provide service-related communications such as scheduling, appointment reminders, job status updates, estimates, parts updates, and customer support.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, creating an account, or completing a transaction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and not for those providers' own marketing or promotional use.

For details about the Huckleberry's Diesel Services SMS program and how to opt in, see our SMS Messaging Program.

6. Cookies and local storage

Where applicable, the Services may use cookies, browser local storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support security, and understand usage. Any analytics technologies used may collect device and interaction information. Where required, we will request consent for optional technologies.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings and use any consent controls provided by the relevant Service. Blocking or clearing storage may affect sign-in and other features. This policy does not mean every Service uses every technology described here.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining account records, meeting legal or accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and preventing abuse. Retention depends on the type of information, the features used, and applicable requirements; there is no single retention period for all data.

You may request account closure or deletion of your information. Some information may need to be retained for the reasons above, and residual copies may remain in backups until those backups are replaced or expire. Connected platforms and service providers may have their own retention requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, including stored information from connected accounts. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to your local privacy regulator.

To submit a request, email the contact below with the Service name, the email address associated with your account, and a description of your request. Do not send passwords or authorization tokens. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any applicable limitations. You may also revoke connected account permissions directly with the platform.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Higher minimum ages may apply to particular Services or connected platforms. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

11. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own where we or our service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, we will handle that transfer in accordance with those requirements.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services and practices evolve. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
